Thermographic imagery can also highlight potential roof leaks and their source points without the need for expensive hoists - MEWP’s or harnessing onto a fall arrest systems were only trained personnel are allowed access the roof. Thermal Surveys can in most cases replace the need for a spark test on a roof which also involves operatives to access the roof.

All thermographic reports to include an RGB image (normal photo) along side a thermal image as well as a breakdown of the temperatures shown and what they mean for each building components shown in the images.

This information can be issued to a contractor for costing or to a wider design team as part of any potential future upgrade works to the property.
