Derek has over 35 years experience within the construction industry working on all types of projects from Medical Units within Hospitals and Private Clinics and Care Homes to Schools and Further Education Properties as well as Large Scale Private Apartment Complexes.

His passion and drive for construction and all things associated with construction is never ending.

He strives to give the best service he can to all his Clients and Customers and in doing so has re-trained and upskilled from 2012 onwards to cover all aspects now covered by DKPS including Property Surveying, Licensed Drone and Thermographic Drone Imagery as well as Quantity Surveying and Cost Analysis.

In this ever changing world and the emphasis on sustainable energy within the Construction Sector Derek continues to train and upskill to add to the list of activities and advice DKPS can offer.
